Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee a major project in London
The Role:- Manage day-to-day construction activities and site delivery
- Oversee Principal and subcontractors across multiple work packages
- Manage civils, earthworks, drainage, utilities, highways and external works
- Ensure compliance with CDM 2015, health & safety and quality requirements
- Review programmes, milestones, risks and progress
- Coordinate with design teams, stakeholders and statutory authorities
- Provide clear progress and risk reporting to senior stakeholders
- Take ownership of delivery, resolving issues proactively and independently
- 10+ years' UK construction management experience, including 5+ years in a senior site-based role
- Strong civils/infrastructure background
- Black CSCS / equivalent Manager-level card
- Current SMSTS
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015
- Right to work in the UK
