A Fit-out Construction Manager is required for a main contractor in South West London.

The project is a multibillion mega project working on a mixed use scheme.

The role is to manage the mega mixed use scheme, ensuring it is completed on time and within the budget set.

Ideal Candidate

• Degree qualified or have a similar construction degree.
• Experience on major schemes in commercial offices, residential, or mixed use schemes.
• Strong background as a construction manager.
• Experience managing subcontractors.
• Health and safety certificate.
• CSCS card.
