Our client is currently looking for a Construction Manager that will be based on a project in the Reading area, the position can be worked Outside of IR35 and will require candidates that have SC clearance or can obtain SC clearance with the willingness to obtain DV clearance.

During this role you will be responsible for the co-ordination with and management of all supply chain contractors as well as co-ordinating with various stakeholders, clients, designers, engineers etc. to ensure progression and adherence to the project time line. You will also be responsible for championing a safe culture on site and adhering to safe systems of work.

The client would be looking for candidates that have significant experience in delivering civil engineering projects in regulated industries with experience of utility projects also being beneficial especially water projects. Candidates must have knowledge of NEC contracts as well as having a CITB Site manager safety training scheme (SMSTS) or equivalent. The right candidate will be able to promote the promote the continuous improvement, driving innovation, adopting the best practices and standard processes/ procedures.

Candidates will have to be SOLE British Nationals that have had 10 years of continued residency in the UK to apply for this position.
