Are you a Construction professional with strong hands on industry experience? In this role, you will work alongside experienced lecturers, delivering practical Construction sessions, supporting learners in the workshop, maintaining a safe learning environment and ensuring equipment and resources are prepared for practical activities. You will also supervise learners during practical sessions, reinforce key skills and help students develop the confidence and practical ability needed to succeed in industry.

The ideal candidate will have practical Construction experience, a Level 2 qualification or above in a Construction related discipline and a good understanding of health and safety within a workshop or site environment. You will be enthusiastic about developing others and looking for a long term career in education.

• Deliver practical Construction instruction and workshop support.
• Assist lecturers in delivering engaging practical lessons.
• Supervise learners during workshop activities.
• Maintain tools, equipment and workshop facilities.
• Ensure Health & Safety procedures are followed at all times.
• Full teacher training provided.
• Monday to Friday.

• Industry experience within Construction.
• Level 2 qualification or above in a Construction related discipline.
