Construction HR Advisor: Recruitment & Onboarding

Randstad CPE London is currently seeking a HR Advisor to be based in our North Leeds construction office. The role focuses on recruitment delivery and HR administration, with occasional travel to regional offices as required.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, leaver processes, policy updates, and GDPR compliance, while supporting managers with performance issues and wellbeing initiatives. 3+ years HR advisory experience and CIPD Level 5 are preferred.
