Flannery Plant Hire, based in Wembley, is seeking a Service Manager to lead the maintenance and servicing of the fleet, ensuring availability, reliability, safety and compliance. This role oversees workshops, field engineers and maintenance planning to maximise fleet utilisation and minimise downtime.

Collaborating with Operations, Transport, Engineering and Hire Desk, you will drive operational excellence, safety culture and continuous improvement for a broad plant hire fleet.
