ICDS Group is conducting an executive search for a Construction Director to take strategic and operational ownership of a significant residential business unit during an exciting period of expansion across Dublin and Leinster.

This is ahigh-impact leadership appointmentfor an established construction executive ready to influence strategy, shape the future of the business and deliver a landmark residential pipeline.

Reporting directly at Board level, you will have full accountability for theperformance, growth and deliveryof the Residential Business Unit.

Your remit will span:

• Strategy & Board Leadership- shaping business direction and growth
• P&L Ownership- full commercial and operational accountability
• Development & Delivery- overseeing the full project lifecycle
• Pre-Construction & Procurement- driving early-stage excellence
• People & Performance- leading high-calibre project, commercial and technical teams
• Operational Excellence- improving productivity, quality, innovation and sustainability
• Delivery Assurance- maintaining the highest standards of safety, programme and quality
