Construction Contracts Manager

Construction Contracts Manager required for local independent building client where you will be responsible for the day to day running of their various construction sites in the area. It is essential that you possess previous experience as a Construction Contracts manager and ideally possess SMSTS or other management health and safety qualification. The role

• Able to run day to day construction site
• Putting together Construction phase Health and Safety Plan and Manual at the end of the project.
• Ordering materials
• Arrange sub-contractors
• Dealing with architects and client
• Pricing up future work contract
• Valuations
• Managing to 6 + sites at any one time.

The Person

• Ideally possess SMSTS or other Management level Health and Safety qualification.
• Must be IT iterate
• Knowledge of a Works programming software package would be good.
• Possess excellent communication skills both in verbally, in writing and face to face
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
