Conservation Studio Manager

The British Library is seeking a dedicated Conservation Studio Manager to lead its conservation studios at St Pancras. In this full-time, permanent role, you'll oversee project planning, resource management, and workflow delivery across conservation workstreams. Collaborating closely with the Head of Conservation, you'll ensure high standards, budget adherence, and timely outputs. You'll manage equipment, support professional development, and lead teams through significant upcoming changes, including a major studio relocation. Proven experience in conservation project or studio management

Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Excellent organisational and time-management skills

Knowledge of conservation techniques and treatments
