Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Commercieel Medewerker to join a trusted banking partner in Kortenberg.

Mission context

As a Commercieel Medewerker, you will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a warm welcome at the branch, providing excellent service, detecting commercial opportunities, and supporting clients in their digital banking experience. This is a fully on-site position in a client-facing role.

Function description

• Welcome clients warmly and ensure a professional first impression
• Execute service-related appointments and client requests
• Detect commercial opportunities and refer them to the appropriate advisor
• Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information
• Support clients with digital tools and online banking services

Your profile

Education

No specific degree required - relevant experience valued

Languages

• Dutch: good knowledge (speaking, writing, understanding)
• French: good knowledge (speaking, writing, understanding)
• English: basic knowledge

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, retail, or banking

Soft skills
