Confluence Migration Specialist

Overview

We're looking for a meticulous contractor to help transform and organize internal documentation in Confluence Cloud. This role goes beyond simple content management - you'll play a key part in ensuring information is accurate, well-structured, and accessible, directly supporting critical business operations during the team's busiest quarter. Your work will help streamline processes and improve knowledge sharing across the organization.

C2C is not an option with this job opening and all applicants should be able to work for any US Employer without sponsorship. Sponsorship is not provided and this person will not need to require sponsorship in the future.

What You'll Be Doing

• Migrate and reformat pages using new Confluence Cloud templates
• Audit existing pages and identify content requiring updates
• Collaborate with content owners to ensure accuracy and alignment
• Apply best practices for Confluence page design and usability
• Support documentation consistency across teams

What You'll Need to be Considered

• Proven experience with Confluence Cloud templates and page formatting
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
• Experience in regulated or compliance-driven environments is a plus
