Configuration Engineering Manager - Outside IR35

• Make your mark - Influence engineering strategy, improve processes, and ensure compliance with key defence standards like Def Stan 05-057.
• Collaborate to win - Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver mission-critical solutions on time and within budget.
• Champion excellence - Lead audits and continuous improvement initiatives that raise the bar for engineering delivery.

What We're Looking For:

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience
• Proven background in defence, maritime, or aerospace
• Strong grasp of life cycle Configuration Management
• Experience tailoring config models for design, software, and data
• Confident leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
