Concrete Supervisor Required - Leiston Project

We are currently seeking an experienced Concrete Supervisor to join a major long-term construction project in Leiston, Suffolk.

Job Details

• Location: Leiston, Suffolk
• Start Date: Immediate
• Hours: Monday to Saturday
• Duration: Long-term work available
• Requirements: Valid CSCS Card, SSSTS/SMSTS preferred, extensive concrete finishing experience, supervisory experience, and full PPE

Pay Rates

• £28.95 per hour - Standard rate
• £43.43 per hour - After 8 hours Monday to Thursday
• £43.43 per hour - After 7 hours on Friday
• £43.43 per hour - First 4 hours on Saturday
• £57.90 per hour - Saturday after 4 hours and all remaining hours on Sunday

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising concrete finishing teams on site
• Ensuring all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to specification
• Coordinating labour, plant, and materials
• Monitoring quality standards and programme targets
• Conducting site briefings and ensuring compliance with health and safety procedures
• Liaising with site management, engineers, and subcontractors

Lodge: Up to £51.00 per day (subject to eligibility)
