Concierge Security Officer - Nights

About The Role:

We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Concierge Security Officer to join our team. This role combines front of house responsibilities with maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for clients, visitors, and staff.

Eligibility

Days of Working: This position will be based in Warrington, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern between 18:00 - 06:00.
All candidates must have lived in the UK for a minimum of 5 years due to vetting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and friendly front of house service.
• Manage access control for staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Monitor CCTV systems and conduct regular security checks.
• Respond promptly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents.
• Assist with general enquiries and deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure compliance with all security procedures and protocols.

Candidate Requirements

• Valid SIA Licence (essential).
• Previous experience in a concierge or security role (preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work varied 12 hour shifts, including days and nights.
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high pressure situations.

Additional Requirements

All successful applicants will be required to undergo screening and vetting in line with BS7858 standards.
