Introduction

• Looking after our guests throughout their entire stay
• Providing professional advice and serving as the main contact person for all wishes and needs
• Organizing all reservations - from restaurants to transportation
• Monitoring mail circulation and being responsible for the call center

Your tasks

• The possibility to rent accommodation in one of our staff houses, centrally located in Zermatt or Täsch
• Employee, Family & Friends room rates and various discounts (for example, in the many restaurants of the MRH-Zermatt SA hotels)
• Access to a fitness room for our employees, as well as a wide range of sports activities in Zermatt
• Access to our pool area during staff swimming hours
• A development program gives you access to various training courses, such as those offered by the Ritzy company
• Discounts on seasonal or annual ski lift passes with the Zermatt resident card
• For employees who do not wish or are unable to work both the winter and summer seasons in Zermatt, we offer support - together with our partner hotels - in finding a complementary position
