Periodically carry out deep cleaning of floors, windows, furniture, restrooms, and other surfaces. Monitor and adjust techniques (heating, etc.) according to directives. Apply municipal directives related to energy management and report any anomalies to the relevant services. Identify, report, and follow up on problems in the premises (damage, malfunctions). Weekly cleaning of college courtyards as well as grilles and perform leaf blowing and snow removal in winter. Adapt interventions in case of unusual conditions (incidents, unforeseen events). Occasionally coordinate apprentices, interns, or additional help as needed. Plan and organize one's own work autonomously. Desired profile: CFC of agent or equivalent. Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of maintenance. Good knowledge of the energy functioning of buildings. Skills in priority management. Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor.
