Missions: You are the technical reference for those engaged in building maintenance and ensure the routine maintenance of the premises and surroundings of the buildings (snow removal, green spaces). You organize, plan, and supervise cleaning work in the building with cleaning staff as well as external contractors. You carry out technical surveillance rounds and manage the central building management systems (CVCS). You have the capability to perform simple tasks related to technical systems and within the buildings. You understand and can intervene on closure plans as well as manage access. You manage and dispose of waste. You ensure the safety of the building (escape routes, fire detection), and occasionally perform specific work during the night, on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays upon request.Desired profile: CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as an agent or equivalent experience, as well as good knowledge of building techniques. Good knowledge of common tools (MS Office) and familiarity with centralized technical management programs (GTC). Ability to work independently. Proactive, client-oriented, and comfortable with interpersonal interactions.
