Composite Laminating Shift Lead - High-Performance Team

McLaren is seeking a hands-on shift leader for the composite laminating area. You will oversee a skilled team, ensure safe, timely, high-quality production, and coordinate with Project Management to meet priorities. You will drive performance on the shop floor and champion improvements and digitalisation within the laminating department.

You will manage attendance, safety, data capture and cross-functional collaboration while upholding high standards and accountability across shifts.
