Job Description
McLaren Racing is seeking a design engineer to craft composite and metallic race car components for the chassis team. You will design tooling, investigate reliability issues and develop effective solutions while leading projects and mentoring junior engineers.
Applicants should have proven design experience in composites/metals and experience in Formula 1 or a similar fast paced environment. A degree in mechanical engineering is advantageous but not essential.
