Practice Compliance & Facilities Supervisor
London (West End) Office-based (4/5 days/week)
£55,000 - £65,000 + benefits
A well established and highly regarded professional services firm is seeking a Practice Compliance & Facilities Supervisor to join its London office.
This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of compliance across a regulated accountancy practice, working directly with senior leadership to ensure the firm's regulatory, operational, and physical environments meet the highest professional standards.
The RoleYou will play a central role in ensuring the firm remains compliant with all relevant regulatory frameworks, including ICAEW requirements, audit regulations, AML, GDPR, and broader governance standards.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and supporting regulatory inspections and audits
- Translating regulatory requirements into robust internal controls and processes
- Monitoring compliance across the business and ensuring follow up actions are completed
- Maintaining and reviewing firm wide policies and governance frameworks
- Delivering internal training and promoting a strong compliance culture
In addition, you will oversee the firm's office environments, including facilities compliance, contractor coordination, and health & safety requirements.
This is a hands on role requiring both attention to detail and a proactive, practical approach.
The CandidateYou will have:
- Experience in compliance within a regulated professional services environment (accountancy preferred)
- Strong understanding of ICAEW regulations and practice assurance processes
- Experience supporting or coordinating external audits or inspections
- A methodical, detail focused approach with the confidence to challenge where needed
- A proactive mindset and ability to take ownership of outcomes
Exposure to facilities or operational compliance is advantageous but not essential.
