Compliance Officer

What will you be doing?

Because laws and regulations are constantly changing and the requirements for permits and certifications are becoming increasingly stringent, we are looking for a Compliance Officer to join the Compliance Team. As a Compliance Officer, you will be responsible for the administrative processing of the internal quality management system.

No two days are the same, as your work covers all our logistics activities: warehousing, customs, and shipping by sea or air.

Your responsibilities:

• The administrative processing of requirements related to licenses and certifications (ISO9001, AEO, BRC S&D, GMP+);
• Processing and monitoring the internal quality management system, including:
  • Processing results from internal training sessions
  • Conducting and following up on internal audits
  • Recording and following up on non-conformities (NCRs)
  • Compliance checks as part of risk management
• Monitoring changes in laws and regulations relevant to all our logistics activities;
• Assisting with inspections by external authorities

Job Requirements:

• A completed vocational or higher vocational education program in a relevant field (e.g., quality management, logistics, or business administration).
• Proficiency in Dutch at a communicative level is required, both written and spoken.
• Interest in compliance and quality in logistics.
• You are analytical, work in a structured manner, and have a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience with quality standards or certifications (such as ISO 9001, AEO, BRC S&D, and/or GMP+) is a strong plus.
