Compliance Officer - Salisbury

We are looking for a Compliance Officer to join our growing Compliance team in Salisbury.

The Role

The ideal candidate will work alongside the Head of Risk and Compliance and will have the following the experience;

• Working in both risk and compliance within the legal profession;
• AML legislation. Advisory and escalation;
• Guidance and regulatory knowledge - SRA (professional ethics), LSAG and Law Society, CQS, ICO;
• Risk Assessment and auditing; reporting and recommendation;
• Policy, guidance and framework drafting;
• Training;
• SOF and SOW;
• Data Protection (GDPR) and AI; and
• An eye for detail and an understanding law practice, business operations & risk.
