Compliance Officer Part-time (20 Hours per Week)

Hames Chocolates, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Compliance Team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits and maintain food and packaging specifications to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise effectively with other departments to gather and communicate compliance-related information.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Assist with the general administration of the Compliance Office.
• Support the Compliance Team with day-to-day activities and projects as required.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Good computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Strong numeracy and record-keeping abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work accurately and pay close attention to detail.
• A positive, flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
