Finitas are delighted to be partnering with a growing London market broker in their search for a Compliance Manager. This is a newly created role due to good company growth, and you will be supporting the Compliance Director with governance and embedding and developing compliance within the business. This is a wide-ranging role which will cover all aspects of compliance - embedding policies & procedures, providing compliance advice & guidance, regulatory projects, financial crime, training, risk management, delegated authority and more.

Experience requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of compliance regulations specific to Lloyd's and the London Market.
• Minimum 5 years' experience compliance experience.
• Must have strong working knowledge of wholesale insurance practices and frameworks - hands-on experience in a broking or insurance operational role.
• Proven track record in embedding and managing compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of FCA regulations, Lloyd's regulations, ICOBS, SMCR frameworks and governance processes.
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels including senior stakeholders.
