Compliance Assurance Lead - Risk & Monitoring

OneSavings Bank PLC is seeking a Senior Compliance Assurance professional to lead on monitoring, testing, and assurance activities across the business. You will provide independent oversight, strengthen controls, and help mitigate risk, with deputising duties for the Senior Compliance Assurance Manager when required.

You will build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate key findings to senior leaders, contributing to a robust compliance culture and ongoing improvements within the Bank.
