Job Description
Compliance and Operations Manager 
Lead and oversee training operations, compliance, and customer service to ensure full alignment with government agencies, regulatory requirements, and funding guidelines. Drive operational excellence, process efficiency, and a customer-focused culture.
Key Responsibilities- Compliance & Quality Assurance: Ensure full regulatory and funding compliance by maintaining policies and SOPs, managing grant submissions, conducting internal audits, and driving all accreditations, audits, and renewals, including timely closure of audit findings and implementation of improvement actions.
- Training Operations: Manage end-to-end training operations, including enrolment, attendance, assessments, trainer deployment, and post-course evaluations. Drive process improvements and monitor operational KPIs to enhance efficiency and learner experience.
- Customer & Stakeholder Support: Lead escalation handling for learner and client queries, coordinate smooth course delivery, enforce service standards, and recommend improvements based on stakeholder feedback.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage the compliance & operations team, allocate resources, set priorities, ensure high-quality documentation, consistent standards, and professional communication.
- Continuous Improvement: Support system enhancements (TMS/LMS), streamline workflows, and implement operational processes for new programs or initiatives.
- Degree or higher; relevant professional qualifications preferred.
- Experience in training operations, compliance management, and customer service in a regulated environment.
- Strong knowledge of government funding schemes, audit processes, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
