About Our Client
Our client are a European Wealth Management firm who are growing their presence in the UK.
Job Description
- Conduct thorough policy reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement effective compliance programs.
- Provide training and guidance on compliance matters.
- Regularly audit company procedures, practices, and documents to identify possible weaknesses or risks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to close compliance gaps.
- Stay updated with regulatory developments within the financial services industry.
- Prepare and present clear and concise compliance reports to management.
- Address employee concerns or questions on legal compliance.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Compliance Analyst should have:
- A degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Compliance Analyst within the financial services industry.
- A keen eye for detail and a profound analytical mind.
- A deep understanding of legal requirements and controls (e.g. Anti-Money Laundering, or AML).
- Excellent knowledge of reporting procedures and record keeping.
- A team player with excellent communication skills.
