As we approach our 25th Anniversary, growth is at the forefront of our plans. Our Operations Department sits at the very heart of this journey, and we are looking for an additional Compliance Administrator to join the team and support delivery across the group.

The Compliance Administrator will deputise for the Compliance Manager in their absence and support the recruitment team in administering the company's compliance policies and procedures across the group.

Key Responsibilities:

• Uploading new starters' Right to Work documentation
• Chasing new starters for missing registration documentation
• Verifying ID and qualification checks
• Working from reports to ensure documents remain up to date and renewals are completed on time
• Supporting internal and external audits
