Your role goes beyond clinical care. You'll build trust with families, create safe environments, and empower children to take trips, learn new skills, and thrive at home and in their community. Every shift is an opportunity to change a life.
Why This Role MattersJoining Thornbury means being part of something bigger - giving children the chance to grow, learn, and experience joy despite complex health needs.

Working collaboratively alongside another nurse on shift, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care within a busy family home, supporting the client to live a full and meaningful life while promoting her comfort, safety, and wellbeing. The role also involves building trusted relationships with the family, providing valuable respite and reassurance, and ensuring the highest standards of clinical care are maintained at all times. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a genuine difference to the client's quality of life while working as part of a dedicated and supportive care team.

- 24/7 Support: Clinical and operational teams available whenever you need them.
- Employee Assistance Programme: Round-the-clock wellbeing support.
