Job Description
Overview

My client are seeking a highly motivated Account Executive to join a Complex P&C team, supporting a portfolio of large multinational clients. This role requires someone with strong organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality documentation and client materials across a wide range of insurance lines.

The Account Executive will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring that all lines of business - including Property, Casualty, Construction, Financial Lines, Specie, Marine Cargo, and Aviation - are effectively managed, aligned, and presented to clients in a clear, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and support all aspects of client accounts across multiple insurance classes.
  • Act as a point of contact for client queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Assist with preparation of renewal strategies, market presentations, and broking documents.
  • Draft, review, and maintain client documentation including proposals, presentations, and evidence of coverage.
  • Support senior brokers in the placement and servicing of complex multinational programmes.
  • Liaise with underwriters, colleagues, and global network partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Produce high-quality reports, slide decks, and presentation materials for client meetings.
  • Monitor deadlines and coordinate across teams to ensure smooth execution of all client deliverables.
Skills & Experience
  • Experience working in insurance (broker or carrier) with exposure to multinational or complex accounts.
  • Strong knowledge of at least one or more of the following: Property, Casualty, Construction, Financial Lines, Specie, Marine Cargo, Aviation.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written communication and presentation skills; ability to produce polished client materials.
  • High level of attention to detail with ability to handle complex information.
  • Confident working across multiple stakeholders and insurance classes.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Team player with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
