A forward-thinking SEN school in Sonning Common is recruiting a Complex Needs Support Assistant to work with pupils who have multiple additional needs, including Autism, learning difficulties, trauma, and medical or developmental needs. This role offers invaluable experience within a therapeutic and child-centred setting.

• Role: Complex Needs Support Assistant
• Location: Sonning Common, Oxfordshire
• Pay: £89-£100 per day
• Start: ASAP
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm
• Age Range: 5-18 years

• Provide tailored 1:1 support for pupils with complex needs
• Assist with emotional regulation, behaviour support, and daily routines
• Support learning activities adapted to individual ability and needs
• Help maintain a calm, safe, and structured environment
• Liaise with SEN staff, therapists, and pastoral teams
