Key Details Role: Complex Needs Assistant Location: Sonning Common Salary: £89-£100 per day Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm Start Date: ASAP Age Group: 4 to 16 Experience: Preferred but not essential - training provided

As a Complex Needs Assistant, you will support pupils both in the classroom and with personal care where required. You will assist with sensory activities, communication strategies (such as PECS or Makaton), and mobility support.
