Pay: £15.00 per hour (Weekdays) £16.00 per hour (Saturdays) £16.50 per hour (Sundays)
Hours: Bank - Flexible shifts to cover annual leave & sickness

Full UK Driving Licence (Required)

Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for a rewarding role where you can truly build a meaningful connection?

We're looking for a compassionate and confident female Complex Care Support Worker to support a gentleman in his 60s living in his own home in Wotton-under-Edge.

He has an acquired brain injury, a diagnosis of epilepsy, and mild mobility needs - but no clinical interventions are required. He is highly capable, independent, and full of personality.

He enjoys:
Fishing
Car shows
Good conversation and a positive outlook on life

This role is about more than care - it's about companionship, trust, and enabling him to live life fully and independently.

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting daily routines and promoting independence

Assisting with mobility and use of hoists where required

Providing personal care with dignity and respect

Administering medication and monitoring wellbeing

Offering emotional support and companionship

Working collaboratively with family and professionals

You'll be working 1:1, building a consistent and trusted relationship.

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced in support or complex care

Confident supporting individuals with epilepsy

Calm, patient, and empathetic

Reliable and flexible

Comfortable working independently

Most importantly - you genuinely care.
