Complex Care Support Worker - Mansfield

We're currently seeking Support Workers in Mansfield who bring experience in mental health and challenging behaviour-and a deep commitment to person-centred care.

Shift Pattern

• Day shifts: 8am-3pm and 3pm-10pm
• Waking nights: 10pm-8am
• Full flexibility required to work all three shifts, including weekends on a rota basis

What You'll Be Doing

• Support individuals with complex mental health needs and behaviours that challenge
• Promote independence, dignity, and choice in everyday life
• Work collaboratively with a skilled team in a structured, supportive environment

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Support Worker, Care Assistant, or Healthcare Assistant in mental health or behavioural support
• Confidence in managing challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
• A genuine passion for helping others thrive
