The Role

As a Community Complex Care Nurse, you will deliver the highest standard of clinical care to individuals in their own homes. You'll work across a variety of complex care packages, using advanced clinical skills while building meaningful relationships with service users and their families.

Your responsibilities will include
  • Delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care
  • Managing complex needs including tracheostomy care, ventilator support, and seizure management
  • Working collaboratively with the Service Manager and wider multidisciplinary team
  • Updating and reviewing care plans to reflect changing needs
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with service users and their families
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RGN) with a valid NMC pin
  • Prior experience in ICU, HDU, or community complex care (essential)
  • Strong clinical skills including tracheostomy care & ventilator care (essential)
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • A real commitment to provided high-quality care
