CCYOR Complex Care Assistant£16.00 per hour (including holiday pay)
Shift Pattern- Monday: 9:00am - 6:00pm
- Tuesday to Friday: 8:30am - 6:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Must be available to work every other Saturday
Routes Healthcare is looking for a compassionate and reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a brain injury in their own home and community.
This is a rewarding role focused on promoting independence and supporting the client to access education and community activities, including accompanying them to college.
Key Responsibilities- Support the client with daily routines and community access
- Transport the client to and from college and appointments
- Encourage independence and social engagement
- Follow personalised care plans
- Monitor wellbeing and report any concerns
- Build a positive and professional relationship with the client and their family
Please note: This role does not involve personal care or continence support.
Minimum 6 months' care experience in the UK
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle for work purposes
Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Reliable, compassionate, and professional approach
Ability to work day shifts and every other Saturday
