Complex Care Assistant - Flexible Hours & Community Focus

The Libertatem Healthcare Group is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Eastbourne, supporting a young man with Angelman syndrome and complex care needs at home and in the community.

You will provide person-centred care, assist with daily living, medication administration, bowel management, seizures, and community access, while building a trusting relationship with the client and family.
