Charnwood Borough Council is looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Experience service as a Complaints Investigation Support Officer This is a part time position, 20 hours per week.

In this role, you'll help ensure of a smooth and efficient service by supporting our complaint investigation officers with a range of administrative and customer-facing tasks.

As the job description notes, the post involves providing efficient administrative support to the Customer Experience Team as required and administer the corporate complaints process ensuring complaints are logged on the corporate system and responses are completed in line with policy requirements.

You'll assist with processing emails and files related to corporate complaints, maintain accurate customer records, and respond to enquiries from both customers and colleagues.
