Job Description
Complaints Handler Based in Dublin 3 5 days a week on site Paying up to €34,000 Do you have experience managing customer complaints and resolving complex issues? Are you a confident communicator who can remain calm under pressure while delivering fair and positive outcomes? We're recruiting for a Complaints Handler to join our client's team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys investigating issues, taking ownership of cases and providing exceptional customer care throughout the resolution process. The Role You'll be responsible for managing customer complaints from initial contact through to resolution. Working closely with internal departments, you'll investigate concerns, identify the root cause of issues and provide timely, customer-focused solutions. You'll play an important role in improving the customer experience by identifying trends, sharing feedback and helping prevent recurring issues. What you'll be doing Managing customer complaints from start to finish. Investigating service issues and gathering relevant information. Identifying root causes and agreeing appropriate resolutions. Liaising with customers by phone, email and video meetings. Working with internal teams to resolve complex cases within agreed service levels. Maintaining accurate case notes and customer records. Supporting customer retention by resolving concerns professionally and effectively. Highlighting recurring issues and contributing to service improvements. What we're looking for Previous experience in complaints handling, escalated customer service or case management. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving and investigative abilities. A calm, empathetic and professional approach to difficult conversations. Excellent organisation and attention to detail. The ability to manage a varied workload in a busy environment. Experience working within a regulated, target-driven or service-focused environment would be an advantage.
