Compassionate Youth Worker & SEMH Mentor

Protocol Education is looking for compassionate people to support young people in SEMH schools across Gloucestershire as a Teaching Assistant. No classroom experience? That's okay-your ability to build trust and stay calm will be highly valued.

You will help pupils requiring emotional and behavioural support, foster positive relationships, and aid engagement with learning, while collaborating with teachers, therapists and pastoral teams. These roles offer flexible, long-term opportunities.
