Compassionate Personal Assistant for Autism & Outdoors

A compassionate support service in Bristol seeks a female Personal Assistant (PA) to support a young lady with autism. This role involves establishing a trusting relationship and aiding in community access and outdoor activities. The PA will encourage independence while providing emotional support in various outdoor environments. Ideal candidates should have patience and empathy, with a DBS status and driving capability. This is a part-time position, gradually increasing to 8 hours per week, offering £12.60 per hour.
