Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Wales is seeking a Personal Assistant to support a lady in Whitland with community access and participation in activities, 5 hours per week over two visits.

Responsibilities include enabling independence, social engagement, shopping support, developing living skills, companionship at home, attending appointments, ensuring safety, performing reasonable tasks, complying with Data Protection, safeguarding concerns reporting, and contacting health or social care
