Compassionate Mental Health Case Manager

Harbor is currently looking to add a Case Manager to our mental health team in Toledo. This full-time position starts at $16.89/hr and requires a High School Diploma with 3 years of experience (Bachelor's preferred).

You will document services, assess client needs, and coordinate ISP-driven care with families and providers. CPR/First Aid and CPI/NCI certifications are required within 90 days, with ongoing training and supervision.
