Rebuild 4 Life Limited in Bury is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to assist two adults with cerebral palsy in their own home. You will provide compassionate personal care, support mobility, and help plan routines to promote independence and dignity.
Under guidance of the Case Manager, you will collaborate with family, therapists and staff to ensure high-quality, person-centred care across day and night shifts. Flu vaccinations are available.
