Compassionate Customer Care Advisor

Wiltshire Farm Foods, part of the apetito group, is looking for a Customer Services Advisor to handle phone and online orders and make important outbound calls. The role supports drivers with delivery routes and requires empathy, patience and a friendly approach to every elderly customer.

You will be organised, accurate, and able to manage multiple tasks, while delivering exemplary service and promoting our healthy, ready-made meals to customers and their families.
