Farleigh Hospice is seeking an enthusiastic Compassionate Communities Coordinator to lead and support Compassionate Communities across Chelmsford and Maldon. You will engage with local residents, businesses, charities, schools, faith groups, and volunteers to build stronger networks of support and encourage community-led approaches to wellbeing.
