Compassionate Care Assistant - Free Training & Flexible Hours

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant for our Chalgrove care home in Poole. You don't need prior care experience; we provide fully funded training and clear career development to help you grow.

You'll work 36 hours per week, including alternating weekends, with days and nights available. You'll deliver high-quality personal care, assist with medications, support daily living, and share in residents' stories and smiles.
