Compassionate Assistant Chef - Nutritious Meals & Kitchen Lead

HC-One is seeking an Assistant Chef to join our care home kitchen team. You will hold a Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate and apply HACCP principles while preparing nutritious meals for Residents, ensuring dietary needs are met with care.

You'll support the First Chef, manage stock and portions, follow recipes precisely, and contribute to a warm, friendly kitchen culture. We value kindness, teamwork and the wellbeing of Residents above all.
