Job Description

HC-One is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver engaging activities for Residents across dementia, nursing, residential and specialist care homes. You'll work with the Home Manager to organise events, encourage socialisation and develop new activity ideas, guided by kindness.

We value candidates with experience supporting vulnerable individuals, excellent planning and IT skills, and a positive, compassionate approach.
