Job Description

Nudge Education Limited is seeking compassionate practitioners to deliver personalised 1:1 support to young people with SEN, SEMH or additional needs across community settings. You will work beyond traditional classrooms to create safe, engaging, and meaningful learning experiences, building trust and supporting reintegration into education.

Ideal candidates will bring empathy, resilience, creativity, and the ability to form strong relationships with vulnerable youths.
